We understand that reliable power equipment needs reliable delivery, which is why we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Nationwide Delivery

We deliver to all major centres and rural areas across South Africa. Our delivery network covers every province, from the Free State to the Western Cape, Gauteng to Limpopo.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from our Bloemfontein warehouse are as follows:

Large Equipment Delivery

Diesel generators and large solar systems require specialised handling and transport:

• Flatbed Transport: Large generators (above 50kVA) are transported on flatbed trucks with appropriate securing and load management
• Crane Offloading: For very heavy units, crane-assisted offloading may be arranged at an additional cost
• Site Access: Ensure your delivery location is accessible for large vehicles. Inform us of any access restrictions (narrow roads, low bridges, unpaved surfaces) when ordering
• Ground-Level Delivery: Standard delivery is to ground level at the specified address. Positioning or placement within your premises can be arranged at additional cost
• Forklift Access: If your site has forklift capability, please advise us so we can coordinate the most efficient offloading

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery destination
• A delivery quote will be provided at checkout or included in your formal quotation
• Free delivery may be available for large orders within certain areas - contact us for details
• Express or expedited delivery is available at additional cost for urgent requirements

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment
• You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details
• A shipping notification with tracking information (where available) will be sent once your order is dispatched
• Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Delivery Inspection

Upon receiving your delivery, we strongly recommend the following:

• Inspect all packaging for visible damage before signing for delivery
• If packaging appears damaged, note this on the delivery slip and take photographs
• Check the contents against your order confirmation within 48 hours
• Report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies to us within 48 hours of delivery
• Retain all packaging materials until you have confirmed the product is in good condition
