Where is my order number?
Your order number was emailed to you when you placed your order. It can also be
found on your invoice or order confirmation. Order numbers start with "MHD-" followed
by a series of digits.

Order Confirmed
Your order has been received and payment confirmed. We are preparing your order for dispatch.
Processing
Your equipment is being prepared, inspected, and packaged at our Bloemfontein warehouse.
Dispatched
Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way. A tracking number will be emailed to you.
In Transit
Your shipment is travelling to your destination via our logistics partner.
Delivered
Your order has been successfully delivered. Please inspect all items upon receipt.
Delivery FAQs
When will I receive my tracking number?
A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. Large generator shipments using flatbed transport may have separate tracking arrangements.
My tracking hasn't updated
Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update in the system. If there's no update after 48 hours, contact us for a manual status check.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may be possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
What if my order is delayed?
Weather, road conditions, or logistics capacity can occasionally cause delays. We will proactively contact you if a significant delay is expected.
